At Official Ridgeline Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
